Cyclone Separator is one of the core products of Wensheng.

In oil & gas gathering and pipeline processing systems, solid particles and condensate droplets carried in fluid will impair the stable operation of downstream instruments, compressors and valves. As a cost-effective option, Cyclone Gas Separator achieves efficient gas-solid and gas-liquid separation while controlling procurement and maintenance costs.

Manufactured by Shenyang Wensheng Instrument Equipment Co., Ltd., the Cyclone Gas Separator operates on centrifugal sedimentation.

Mixed fluid enters the cylinder tangentially and generates high-speed swirling flow. Heavier solid impurities and liquid droplets move toward the wall under centrifugal force and drain from the bottom drain port. Purified fluid flows upward through the central outlet pipe to subsequent systems.

With no rotating internal parts, this pressure-bearing equipment features a simple structure, stable performance and low failure rate. It works under variable temperature and medium-pressure to high-pressure conditions as essential pre-treatment equipment for pipeline stations.

With rich experience in non-standard pressure vessels, Wensheng develops the Cyclone Gas Separator suitable for oil and gas pipelines. It can coordinate with the Pig Receivers, the Pig Launchers, pipeline filters and the Gas Manifold to form complete pipeline process packages.

Our cyclone separators adopt the unified WS series naming standards. Standard nominal diameter ranges DN80–DN1200; standard pressure ratings include PN1.6MPa, PN2.5MPa, PN4.0MPa, PN6.4MPa. Custom high-pressure and large-diameter products are available upon request. Structure parameters such as cylinder height, cone section, nozzle direction and support can be optimized according to site layout.

 Carbon steel and stainless steel housings are optional; wear-resistant lining can be equipped for heavily eroded working conditions. The unit can be fitted with Wensheng self-developed Quick Opening Closure for easy internal inspection and sludge cleaning, greatly simplifying maintenance.

The separator can be installed independently or integrated into gas gathering stations, transmission stations and pigging stations. It is commonly connected in series with the Pig Receivers, the Pig Launchers, filters, pressure regulators and heaters for front-end treatment. It also matches compressors, metering skids and dehydration skids to fit full oil & gas pipeline processes.

Applicable media: natural gas, feed gas, associated gas and process air. It removes formation sand, welding slag, rust particles, condensate oil and free water, ideal for dry working conditions without sticky particles.
